Pork or marinated tofu (for vegetarians) Bean sprouts Mushrooms Peppers Onions Carrots Noodles Soy sauce Chinese chilli sauce (or you can use a ready made stir fry sauce if you prefer)
Method
Chop pork or tofu into small chunks.
Wipe mushrooms and slice thinly.
Deseed and slice peppers.
Peel and thinly slice onion.
Peel and thinly slice carrots.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.The add pork or tofu and fry for about 3 minutes.
Add onion, carrots and peppers and fry for a further 2 minutes.
(Meanwhile start to cook noodles according to instructions on packet.This should take about 5 minutes.)
Next add mushrooms and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Then add mange tout, bean sprouts, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoons Chinese chilli sauce (or ready made sauce) and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Serve stir-fry on top of the noodles.
