This group meets for:
1 Information - using Rethink literature and information sheets and information on local services.
2 Mutual support and friendship.
3 Campaigning for better local services for the mentally ill.We campaign by means of posters, leaflets and word of mouth.Speakers, covering a wide range of topics, regularly address the group.

The Group meets every Wednesday from 5pm to 8pm.
Description
The Group is user led and provides mutual support and friendship for people suffering from severe mental illness. All service users are very welcome to come along.Hot food, such as baked potatoes, filled rolls and drinks including tea, coffee and soft drinks are available at reasonable prices.Activities include quizzes, artwork, listening to music and Scrabble.The group also organizes theatre trips and day excursions to places of interest.
