This Carers Café takes place once a month on Friday lunchtime at the Vestry Hall, Mitcham
Carers Café in Raynes Park Tuesday 16th February 2010
Aregular social evening for carers, with food provided, continues to run at the Lantern Arts Centre, Worple Road, Raynes Park on the third Tuesday of the month, from 6.30pm.

Walking Group Date to be confirmed
The next ramble will be a linear walk from Wimbledon Park to Richmond, crossing Wimbledon Park, Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park. There will also be a shorter circular walk from Richmond. Date to be confirmed.
Free Consultation on Wills, Trusts and Legacies Thursday 25th February 2010
Steve Howells, a solicitor who advises Rethink, will be available for free private consultations on wills, trusts and legacies.
Legacies left to sufferers from mental illness can result in them losing their entitlement to state benefits. However, if written into Trust, money can be drawn from this without benefits being affected.

Concert of Chamber Music Sunday 28th February 2010
A Charity Concert of Chamber Music will be held at Wimbledon Synagogue, Queensmere Road, Wimbledon. This concert is kindly being organised by Muriel Levin in aid of our local Rethink group. Admission (to include refreshments) is £12, concessions £9, mental health service users and children under 16 free. For further information and booking telephone 8947 5538.
Other Events
Starting in October 2009, the SW London and St George's Trust is organising a number of on-going courses across Merton and Sutton for people with mental health problems who currently receive a service from the trust. The six week courses are free and cover the following topics: Planning your own recovery, Healthy lifestyles, Working & studying and Telling your story.
